Returns

All delivered goods require inspection. Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase. If you sign for the goods from the courier you accept they are in a good condition. If the items are damaged you should refuse the delivery. No claim can be made for damaged goods after you have signed. You should inspect the goods, including taking them out of their packaging .

In the unlikely event goods arrive damaged or with parts missing, you must notify LPS Supplies within 24 hours of delivery.

If no notification by email or in writing has been received by LPS Plumbing and Heating within 7 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

Returns Policy

Returns must be agreed in advance only on receipt of an email or other written authority from LPS Supplies. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and arrange for the return of the goods, in an “As New” condition and in the original packaging.

We will refund the cost of the goods less any restocking charge which we will specify upon receipt of your request to return the goods.

LPS Plumbing and Heating takes great care to make sure all its information and detail is correct on our website. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may, within 7 working days after the date of delivery of said item, contact our customer services department by email that you would like to return the goods, subject to the following exceptions. All orders that have been “specially made to order” can only be cancelled within 48 hours of the order being accepted by us. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge if the item is not returned as new.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to us. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufacturer’s guarantee where applicable. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in your home prior to replacement. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply or that charged by the manufacturer.
