Delivery

Our Standard Delivery anywhere in England, Wales & Mainland Scotland is shown at checkout. We have not hidden this, as is often the case with websites claiming free delivery! Our price includes employing packing staff and dispatch. You can have as many items as you want for the price. We may also offer you Next Day and Saturday Delivery options at the time of checkout, these will carry additional costs which will be displayed at the time of ordering.

All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate. Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customers requirements no guarantee of time can be given. The delivery costs can be viewed in your shopping cart prior to purchase, once you have created your account.

We will attempt to arrange delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom. Whilst we try and keep a uniform rate there are exclusions to this due to associated carriage costs, in particular Wales and Scotland which incur additional charges. This list is not exhaustive. For next day delivery all orders need to be placed by 12.00pm the day prior to delivery. Any orders taken on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. For pallet sized delivery we can, at your request specify AM or PM delivery and the distributor will phone the customer one hour prior to delivering on the day, the lead time for normal delivery is 3 days. Please contact us to discuss any special delivery requirements you may have.

In some circumstances we do offer an Overnight or Premium Delivery Service, please ask via email or telephone for details. Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer is not present to receive the delivery the courier will attempt to deliver a second time at no additional cost. If the customer is not available for a second time the item will then be held at your local depot for collection. Any further delivery attempts will incur a cost to you, the customer.

No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc. caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.

Cancellation will not be accepted once goods have been reserved or dispatched by ourselves.

All delivered goods require inspection. Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase. If you sign for the goods from the courier you accept that they are in a good condition. If the items are damaged you should refuse the delivery. No claim can be made for damaged goods after you have signed. You should inspect the goods including taking them out of their packaging.
